Anyone on my flist get Entertainment Weekly? They did a one year later cover story on the cast this week. Two things...



Dear Matthew, I know you really don't give a shit what you look like anymore, but when photographers show up to take your picture for a magazine, you could at least TRY to not look like some crazy recluse from backwater Hickville. I'm not sure which part is more distressing: the fugly beard, the bizarre stain on your arm or the fact that that is obviously not the first beer you had that day and you couldn't even put it down while the photographer was taking the picture. The shirt isn't really helping either. I'm tempted to blame all of this on pot.

Anyone wanna fan wank this and offer an explanation as to how Jack and Sawyer seem to have managed to switch places?

Ugh. Gutted to see it. Foxy was always my favourite, too. I liked Holloway, of course (who doesn't?) but Fox and what he did with Jack=yum.

And now he looks like a drunken derelict dickhead. Not cool.

P.S. The MF/Jack Shephard Hate Club is probably having a field day. :(

And he was getting prettier toward the end! I was indifferent toward him in the beginning, but by that final episode...woof. Now it's like the second the cameras turned off he took a nosedive into slob Hickville. Maybe it's a midlife crisis?

I stayed out of the whole Jater VS Skater thing. Being an X-Files fandom vet, I knew it coul only lead to ugliness. And I had enough heartache with the Lost Sucks crowd.

Yup, check out my LJ for a few rants on Jater/Skater. I was neither, thought the entire thing was sordid and pointless, but that batshit-Skater-Jack/MF-hatred pissed me off enough to write a bit about it.

Okay, I had a dream about Lost, but neither Jack or Sawyer were in it. Well, maybe Jack was briefly. It was all behind the scenes stuff with the crew that looked like it came off a DVD extra. *pouts*

ygh, matt has gone so wierd. he was on graham norton the other week, i was really excited to tune in. then i looked at the celebrities and thought to myself "oph, he must be running late... wiat, who's the guy with a rat on his chin?" he's gone so strange. he was drinking on that too actually, they usually have a glass of wine or soemthing but it sits pretty much untouched, his seemed to be refilled several times during the episode, the level was going up and down all the time

*pants* but josh holloway? i joined the fandom right at the end (i think i only caught up about 5 episodes from the end) i'd never seen a pic of him out of character. um... me and google images now need to spend soem tiem together! i mean he was always hot, but he just looks mmmm :)

Well, that explains the beard. Not sure it explains the rest...is he in character for some reason? Hopefully you're right. Hate to think he'd spend the rest of his career looking like he lives under a bridge.

The beard and the rugged fashion is for his play in London. He will loose it and a few weeks. He will be back to hot in a few weeks. Meanwhile here are pics of Matthew a few week before the play

I agree with all of you. Matthew Fox has always been sooooooooooooo hot espically in Party of Five, Haunted abd when Lost first started even though he was still hot in all the seasons of Lost.

As for Josh. He is always hot.

Hope Matt goes back to being hot and that beard is only for a play.

Never watched "Party of Five". Actually, that's not totally true. I tried watching one episode recently and raised a lump on my forehead banging it into the desk repeatedly at the painfully clunky dialogue. My first introduction to Matthew was with "Haunted" and I remember thinking "huh...he's kinda hot" but the show was cancelled before I could really make up my mind about him. Then Jack annoyed me so much at first that it took a while for me to warm to him again. :)

Never saw Josh in anything else, but Sawyer is sex on legs. When I'm writing scenes where Sawyer is talking dirty to Jack, trying to bend him to his will, I picture Sawyer saying them in that deep, husky voice, looking at Jack with those dark, bedroom eyes and *I* end up needing a cold shower. Guh.

Apparently the beard is for the play. But apparently he has been cast as a psycho killer in his next movie, so I'm not sure what state he'll be in after that...

Sorry to chip in randomly, but the picture is from the play he's in in London. The clothing is costume, the beer is a prop and the beard is for the part. He's not drinking on stage. :) I know, I saw the play.

I guess the fact that some of the pictures of the cast seemed to be candids threw me. It didn't look like a still from a play to me. So what *is* that stain on his arm? Or is it just a trick of the light? And how do you know there's not really beer in that can? ;)

Thank you for the correction! The fact that I wasn't at all surprised by the possibility of him looking like that normally is distressing.
