And really! Unless they were planning to blow up an entire mountain I don't see the need for carrying, like, twenty crates full of dynamite on a ship.
And yeah, Locke was dead the last time he saw him but he knew that's who they were going to see, so...did he think everyone was just imagining the guy looked like Locke?
